WHEREAS:

Pursuant to N.N. C., Title 26, Section I 01 , and the Navajo Nation Council ResoLrrccs and Development Committee Legislation #RDCF-0052-15 dated February i 7. 2015, Nazlini Chapter Govemment was recognized as an LGA Certified Clupter and delegated with the responsibility and authority to make decisions over Iocal chapter matters, AND 2. Ganado Fire District provides Fire, Rescue, Medical and Emergency Dispatching Services to five chapters, as well as four communities and those chapters entering i,.llo Mutual Aide Agreements; AND 3. Ganado Fire District has been in operation since I 982 and is alt essential sommunity service with limited funding to perfornr the nrentioned services during the COVID-l9 pandemic; AND 4. Ganado Fire District proposes lhe following budget to provide adequate services during the COVID- l 9 pandernic;
