NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: I . The Jeddito Chapter and its membership hereby reaffirm and approve the Jeddito Chapter respectfully supporting and recommending the approval of $3,004,9g0.00 from the Navajo Narion CARE Act from the 24s Navajo Narion Council, the Navajo Nation ofrrce ofthe Speaker and Navajo Nation president and vice president office from the Navajo Nation to combar the Pandemic COVID-I9 Coronavirus. 2. Jeddito chapter further request that the 24u Navajo Nation council, the Navajo Nation oflice ofthe Speaker, and the Navajo Nation President and Vice president ofIIce, for the purpose of obtaining adequate and reliable apparatus for the next twenty years, supporting Garado Fire District essential staff with hazard pay, and continuing to provide adequate fire, rescue, medical, and emergency dispatching services to five (5) chapters which include: Ganado, Steamboat, Klagetoh, Kinlichee, Cornfields, ald the communilies of Woodsprings, Cross Canyon, Beshbitoh,/Jeddito, Wideruins, Greasewood, Nazlini and Toyei; but not limited to the 1,000 square miles covered through Mutual Aid agreements for Navajo Nation Citizens. CERTIFICATION I hereby cenify that the foregoing resoiution was considered at a duly called Chapter meeting at the Jeddito Chapter, Navajo Nation, Arizona at which a quorum was present ald the same passed by a vote offl in favor, 0 opposed and _.,Q] abstained this 3rd day ofAugust 2020.
