NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING FOR AUGUST 2020 HELD AT GANADO FIRE STATION 1 ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2020

1. CALL TO ORDER: Regular Board Meeting of Ganado Fire District was called to order at 6:14 P.M. M.D.T. by Fire Board Chairman Steven Kee.

2. ROLL CALL called by Administrative Assistant Marcarlo Roanhorse. Mr. Roanhorse affirmed a quorum was present.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Steven Kee, Fire Board Chairman Ms. Althea James, Fire Board Clerk Ms. LaVerne Joe, Fire Board Member Mrs. Margaret Etcitty, Fire Board Member

MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Larry Noble, Fire Board Member

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/MOMENT OF SILENCE: Pledge of Allegiance conducted by Chief Woodie.

4. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:

A. No call from the public.

5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Ms. LaVerne Joe motioned to approve the agenda with the recommendation to move item 7. New Busines A. (Review discuss and possible action to renew Fire Chief Contract.) under 5. Approval of Agenda and was second by Mrs. Margaret Etcitty. Voice Motion was carried for approval with 4 in favor 0 opposing and 0 Abstain. A. Review discuss and possible action to renew Fire Chief Contact. Mrs. Margaret Etcitty motions to renew Fire Chief Contract, as presented, and was second by Ms. LaVerne Joe. Voice Motion was carried for approval with 4 in favor 0 opposing and 0 Abstain. Ms. LaVerne Joe motions to take a 10-minute recess, at 6:28 P.M. MST, and was second by Mrs. Margaret Etcitty. Voice Motion was carried for approval with 4 in favor 0 opposing and 0 Abstain. 6.
