17. Complete Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the complete and entire agreement of the parties, and that no agreements exist other than those memorialized in this contract.

This agreement shall be effective on the date executed by all parties and shall continue in force until October 31, 2027, unless earlier terminated as provided by this agreement. Dated this 4 th day of September 2024.
