PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Governing Board of Ganado Fire District , pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.09 , hereby gives notice that it will hold its regular meeting on the following dates, at the following time and place:

2. All monthly community Fire Safety and Extinguishing Training has been suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Health Crisis. 2. Exhibit C shows the summary of the different types of Incidents for each month and end of the Year 2022. D. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. FIRE DISTRICT
a. 06-06-22: Four Summer Youth Workers were hired for 10 days from Ganado Chapter House and placed with Ganado Fire District – Station One for worksite placement. b. 06-08-22 [2pm-3pm]: Meeting with Chris, NNEMS Director regarding temporary quarters for his staff and ambulance at the Ganado Fire Station. We are still working out the logistics. c. 06-15-22 [6pm-7pm]: Regular Governing Board Meeting at Station One Training Room. d. 06-17-22: The Summer Youths Workers completed their ten days employee. We had a little cookout for the workers. e. 06-20-22: Provided EMS assistants for “Survivor’s Healing Walk Event.” Veterans walk for approximately 18 miles total from NR25 & NR251 Junction to NR25 & SR264 Junction.
E. MAINTENANCE
1. Ganado Fire Station - Lt. Peshlakai is the custodian for Station 1 a. Utility 10 was pulled out of service problems with the Automatic Transmission. b. Tanker 10 was pulled out of service for PTO (Power Take Off) gear issues not engaging. c. Rescue 11 was pulled out of services for hard start relating to the distributor system. d. Attack 10 - Out of service for poor engine performance and determine needs a new engine. 2. Steamboat Fire Station - Lt. Jeremy Begay is the custodian for Station 2 a. Attack 20 has been resigned to Station One. 3. Klagetoh Fire Station – Klagetoh Personnel are maintaining Station 3 Building and Apparatus until assign. a. Utility 11 with a portable slide-in water pump has been resigned to Klagetoh Station for suppression.

Althea James, Governing Board Member c. 07-19-2022 [1:30pm-3:30pm] Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for twelve (12) Summer Youth Employees at Klagetoh Chapter House. d. 07-28-2022 [1pm-4pm]: Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for Wide Ruins Community School employees. A total of 33 participants in the training. e. In the month of July, the District help the Ganado Chapter with eight (8) summer youth employment programs workforce placement for approximately two weeks. All eight summer youth students enjoyed the two week and stated they would like to either join the Fire District and/or return next summer.
E. MAINTENANCE
1. Ganado Fire Station - Lt. Peshlakai is the custodian for Station 1 a. Utility 10 was pulled out of service problems with the Automatic Transmission. b. Tanker 10 was pulled out of service for PTO (Power Take Off) gear issues not engaging.

c. Rescue 11 was pulled out of services for hard start relating to the distributor system. d. Attack 10 – Back in-service and assigned to Station One. 2. Steamboat Fire Station - Lt. Klagetoh Fire Station – Klagetoh Personnel are maintaining Station 3 Building and Apparatus.
