August 2023 – Monthly Financial Report

No attachments are available for review. The monthly financial reports for August 2023 are not completed and August 2023 reconciliations are pending for the National Bank of Arizona account. Apache County Treasurer’s Office normally sends out the reports on the 7th of each month. To date, the reports have not been sent from the county and emails were sent to them requesting for the reports. The Bank of America account is reconciliation is completed and ready for review. Apache County Treasurer’s office has gone through some transitions and currently has one staff training five new staff.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends tabling the financial reports for August 2023 until all reports have been received by the district administrative assistant and have been added to the board’s board packet.

SUGGESTED MOTION: I move to table the financial reports for August 2023 to next regular board meeting.
