We stopped receiving them in at the beginning of July 2023. I received some receipts in the month of July 2023, but it stopped again. I want to ensure I have the necessary reports a Ʃ ached to present the fi nancial reports to the board for considera Ɵ on. I know your short sta ff ed and you’re training but we need to get this fi xed. What can I do to help support you in ge ƫ ng these reports out to us? The Fire Board raised concerns about how journals, receipts and reports are not coming in like they’re suppose to. They are aware that they are automa Ɵ cally generated on the 7 th of each month, and we receive them no later than the 10 th of each month. The board gave the district direc Ɵ on to make a trip to the treasures O ffi ce to address this in person and reach out to the Treasurer. Before I do that, I would like to resolve it with you.
