I called your o ffi ce, 928-337-7625, this a Ō ernoon at approximately 4:50 PM MDT to address concerns a ff ec Ɵ ng the district and not receiving reports from ACT’s O ffi ce. No one answered and it was redirected to a voicemail, which was full and didn’t allow me to leave a message. I called your o ffi ce, 928-337-7629, at approximately 5:00 PM MDT and spoke to Marco James. I le Ō a message with him for both the Treasurer and Candice. I asked when a good Ɵ me to catch both of you in the o ffi ce. He recommended tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM, that would be a good Ɵ me to catch Candice. He was kind enough to share the emails of each sta ff members in ACT and rea ffi rm I had corrected emails to the Treasurer and Candice. I will be taking a drive to St. Johns tomorrow morning to meet with Candice, and hopefully Treasurer Begay will be available to join us, to address and fi nd resolu Ɵ on in this important ma Ʃ er. I understand ACT is understa ff ed but we are going into the fourth month (October 2023) without any resolu Ɵ on. Like I had expressed in prior emails, what can I do to make it easier or help ACT?
