I’m glad Mr. Todd called and apologized to you for the treatment received on Friday. I informed him that Navajo Nation and Ganado Fire District are paying customers and he needs to respect all Navajo Nation and Ganado Fire District staff members. Threatening to cancel our order near the completion of the transaction was very uncalled for but thank you to all the hard-working people in the Navajo Nation DCD/OOC office for getting Freightliner their ACH payment on Friday, October 13, 2023. If any other staff feels that they are mistreated by Velocity/Freightliner, please immediately refer them to Delegate James or I. We will never allow our hard-working employee to feel belittle.
