The Fire Board of the Ganado Fire District will meet in regular session on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. The Board may vote to go into executive session on any agenda item, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice with the district’s attorney on matters as set forth in the agenda item. The following topics and any variable thereto, will be subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval or other actions.

1. CALL TO ORDER Board Chairperson Althea James called the meeting to order at 6:28 p.m. at Ganado Fire Station #1, 21 Cedar hills Drive, Ganado, AZ 86505. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Board Chairperson James, Board Clerk Etcitty, Board Member Joe, Board Member Kirk. Absent: Board Member Begay. Staff: Fire Chief Woodie and Administrative Assistant Mr. Roanhorse. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Board Member Joe motion to approve the October 25, 2023, Regular Board Meeting agenda. Board Clerk Etcitty seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Board Chairperson James: Aye, Board Clerk Etcitty: Aye, Board Member Joe, Aye, and Board Member Kirk: Aye. Vote: 4-0-0
