B. INCIDENTS (Non-Urgent and Urgent): 1. Exhibit C shows each month and End of the Year Statistics of Incidents for Ganado Fire, NN Law Enforcement, and Community Training: a.Ganado Fire District (GFD) Incidents b.Navajo Nation Law Enforcement (NNLE) Incidents 1. 44 Call Taker for the month of December 2019 2. 550 for the End of the Year 2019 c. Community Training 1. 8 Community Member were certified for two (2) years in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training 2. 5 Community Member were certified for two years in Fire Safety and Extinguishing Training 2. Exhibit B shows the summary of the different types of Incident for each month and End of the Year. C. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. COMMUNITY 1. 126 for the month of December 2019 2. 1570 for the End of the Year 2019

a.December 2, 2019 [9am-4pm]: ASHI Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training monthly schedule training held at the Ganado Fire Station (Station One) Training Room. b.December 9, 2019 [5pm-8pm]: GFD monthly scheduled Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for the community was held at Ganado Fire Station (Station One) Training Room. c. December 12, 2019 [4pm-8pm]: The Fire District assisted Hubbell’s National Park Services with a Santa Claus and some gifts for the kids. d.December 13, 2019 [8am-5pm]: Ganado Fire District had its Annual Family Appreciation / Christmas Dinner at the Ganado Chapter House. The dinner recognizes the personnel and their families. e.December 15, 2019 [9am-4pm]: The Ganado Fire District conducted an ASHI CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training for Holbrook Indian School Personnel in Holbrook, Arizona. f. December 18, 2019 [6pm-8pm]: Regular Ganado Fire Governing Board Meeting at Station One Training Room.

D. MAINTENANCE

1. Ganado Fire Station - Lt. Peshlakai is the custodian for Station 1 a.Utility 10 was pulled out of service relaying to problems with the Automatic Transmission. b.Tanker 10 was pulled out of service for PTO (Power Take- Off) gear issues not engaging. 2. Steamboat Fire Station - Lt. Jeremy Begay is the custodian for Station 2 a.Attack 20 was pulled out of services regarding loss of power.
