3. Review, discuss, and possible action to approve board resolution authorizing signers on all Ganado Fire District Bank of America Account(s). Ms. LaVerne Joe motioned to review and discuss this item (approve board resolution authorizing signers on all Ganado Fire District National Bank of Arizona Account(s) and was second by Mr. Jeremy Curtis. i. Mr. Roanhorse presented the Board Resolution of Ganado Fire District Authorizing Signers of Ganado Fire District Bank of America account. Mr. Jeremy Curtis motions to approve the Board Resolution with the amendment of approve authorizing signers 1 through 6 (Dewayne Woodie, Lela Sangster, Jeremy Curtis, LaVerne Joe, Joey Apachee, and Lennix Peshlakai) and was second by Mr. Joey Apachee. Vote: Ms. Lela Sangster – I; Mr. Jeremy Curtis – I; Ms. LaVerne Joe – Oppose; Mr. Joey Apachee – I. Motion carries for approval with 3 in favor 1 opposing and 0 Abstain.

1. December 27, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. M.S.T at Ganado Fire Station 1. 2. Alternative Date: January 3, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. M.S.T at Ganado Fire Station 1.

12. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Joey Apachee motioned for adjourn at 20:33 P.M. M.S.T and second by Mr. Jeremy Curtis.
