b. Involuntary (Termination)

1. Shermayne Stash, Full-time Paid Dispatcher

 Ms. Stash abandon her assigned work post x3 days therefore she was terminated from here employment with the Fire District effective April 21, 2020.  Mr. James requested to be placed on reserve which was granted for 12 months effective January 1, 2019. It’s been over 12 months since Mr. James hasn’t return to volunteer status and a Certified Letter was sent to him inquiring about his volunteer status. He was given two weeks to respond to the letter. No responds after two weeks therefore Mr. James was separated from the Fire District effective May 1, 2020.  Ms. Roanhorse never completed her ninety days probationary period and continue to maintain her volunteer status. It’s been over a year now and no activity from Ms. Roanhorse. A Certified Letter was sent to Ms. Roanhorse requiring her volunteer status with the Fire District and was given two weeks to respond to the letter. No responds after two weeks therefore Ms. Roanhorse was separated from the Fire District effective May 1, 2020. a.Ganado Fire District (GFD) Incidents 1. 114 for the month of June 2020 2. 615 for the end of the Year 2020 b.Navajo Nation Law Enforcement (NNLE) Incidents 1. 39 Call Taking for the month of June 2020 2. 282 for the end of the Year 2020 c. Community Training 1. All CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training has been suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Health Crisis.

2. All Fire Safety and Extinguishing Training has been suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Health Crisis. 2. Exhibit C shows the summary of the different types of Incident for each month and end of the Year 2020.
