Just so you are aware my SB1558 Ganado Loop Road legislation passed out of the senate appropriations committee this morning. I have four more bills moving as well. Mr Barry Aaron’s is doing a good job representing Apache county on many of these matters.

I received an alert that Senator Gowan is sponsoring SB1603 Appropriation; refund; Transwestern Pipeline Litigation. I kindly ask that you support SB1603. Ganado Fire District, and several other special district in D7, are drastically impacted by the Transwestern Pipeline Litigation. I’ve been in contact with Representative Tsosie about this matter and expressed how it has placed strain on small special districts; like Ganado Fire District.
