BOARD RESOLUTION OF GANADO FIRE DISTRICT TO BANK OF AMERICA TO DELETE SIGNERS ON GANADO FIRE DISTRICT ACCOUNTS

DULY PASSED ON February 19, 2020

WHEREAS, GANADO FIRE DISTRICT is an Arizona Fire District authorized to do banking business through BANK OF AMERICA to maintain account(s);

WHEREAS, in the process of rotation of board members, it is necessary to rotate and/or replace bank account signers on the local BANK OF AMERICA account(s).

NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the district hereby deletes the following former Fire Board Members from the BANK OF AMERICA account(s) as a check signer: Lela Sangster, Jeremy Curtis, Joey Apachee, and removal of Communication Supervisor Shirlene Attson. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Board of Directors and employees will continue to remain on the account(s) as GANADO FIRE DISTRICT authorized signers: Dewayne Woodie, Margaret Etcitty, Althea James, LaVerne Joe, Steven Kee, Larry Noble, Lennix Peshlakai, Evander Leonard, and Jeremy Begay.
