NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.02 NOTICE IS GIVEN TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GANADO FIRE DISTRICT BOARD AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE BOARDWILL HOLD AMEETINGOPEN TO THE PUBLICON DECEMBER 18, 2019 , BEGINNING AT 6:00 P.M. MST AT THE GANADO FIRE STATION, GANADO, ARIZONA . * THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY VOTE TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER IN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431-03. THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE FIRE CHIEF’S OFFICE.

Those wishing to address the Board are required to fill out a Request to Address the Board Form and Sign the Attendance Sign-In Sheet. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not on the agenda. Therefore, action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or to scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision later date.

Review, discuss and possible action to establish date and time for all regular Fire Board meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. local time (with subject to change). 4.
