B. INCIDENTS (Non-Urgent and Urgent): 1. Exhibit C shows each month and End of the Year Statistics of Incidents for Ganado Fire, NN Law Enforcement, and Community Training: a.Ganado Fire District (GFD) Incidents 1. 125 for the month of November 2019 2. 1444 for the Year of 2019 b.Navajo Nation Law Enforcement (NNLE) Incidents 1. 35 Call Taker for the month of November 2019 2. 506 for the Year of 2019 c. Community Training 1. 10 Community Member were certified for two (2) years in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training 2. 19 Community Member were certified for two years in Fire Safety and Extinguishing Training 2. Exhibit B shows the summary of the different types of Incident for each month and End of the Year. C. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. COMMUNITY

a.November 1, 2019 [12pm-2pm]: Lt. Peshlakai attended the quarterly Northern Arizona Emergency Medical Services (NAEMS) Meeting in Flagstaff, AZ. b.November 2,2019 {8am-5pm]: The following personnel attended an eight hours Holmatro Extrication Training in Phoenix, Arizona: Lt. Peshlakai, Latasha Lee, FFII, and Mimi Begay, FFII. c. November 4, 2019 [9am-4pm]: ASHI Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training monthly schedule training held at the Ganado Fire Station (Station One) Training Room. d.November 11, 2019 [9pm-1pm]: GFD monthly scheduled Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for the community was held at Ganado Fire Station (Station One) Training Room. e.November 13, 2019 [8am-5pm]: Lt. Peshlakai attended eight hours training at the “Arizona EMS Time Sensitive Illness and Injury Data Conference” in Phoenix, AZ. f. November 14-15, 2019: 2018-19 Fiscal Year Annual Audit was done by James H. Saunders, CPA. g.November 20, 2019 [6pm-8pm]: Regular Ganado Fire Governing Board Meeting at Station One Training Room. h.November 19-20, 2019: Annual Holmatro Services for all Fire District Holmatro Equipment. i. November 20-21, 2019: Annual SCBA Services for all the Fire District SCBA, Mask, Mask Fitting, RIC Pack, and Cascades Services. j. November 26, 2019 [12pm-3pm]: Fire District Thanksgiving Dinner for the Ganado Fire Personnel.
