James. Marcarlo Roanhorse read the regular board meeting minutes for September 23, 2021, into record. Dewayne Woodie gave a highlighted report on September 2021 Fire Chief Report. Marcarlo Roanhorse gave a highlighted report on the September 2021 Financial and Budget report. Questions and answers entertained. Althea James motioned to accept consent agenda and was second by Margaret Etcitty. Voice vote: 5-0-0. a. Approval of Previous Regular & Special Board Meeting Minutes i. Navajo Nation Legislation 0125-21/CO-53-21 Update Report Marcarlo Roanhorse provided report and shared documentation with the board. Questions and answers entertained. No action taken. 8. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING a. November 17, 2021, at Ganado Fire Station One and/or ZOOM at 6:00 PM MST (Subject to Change) b. Alternate Date: November 24, 2021, at Ganado Fire Station One and/or ZOOM at 6:00 PM MST (Subject to Change) Read into record by Steven Kee. 9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS This provides an opportunity for the Board to direct staff to include items on future agendas for further consideration and decision later date or to further study a matter. Steven Kee recommended that any future agenda items can be placed on the agenda by any board members and referred the board to contact Fire Chief Dewayne Woodie and Administrative Assistant Marcarlo Roanhorse.
