February 2024 – Monthly Financial Report

No attachments are available for review. The monthly financial reports for February 2024 are completed and February’s reconciliations are completed for the Bank of America Account but are lacking necessary reports that the board is required to review before approval of the financial reports. Apache County Treasurer’s office is aware of this issue and was supposed to send updated reports to the district, which the district has yet to receive. Chief Woodie has consulted with Jim & Triscia Saunderis about issues with the National Bank of Arizona’s ending balance for January 2024 and also the beginning balance for February 2024. It was reminded to be tabled until next Regular Board Meeting.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommend tabling the financial reports for February 2024 until all reports have been received by the district administrative assistant and have been added to the board’s board packet.

SUGGESTED MOTION: I move to table the financial reports for February to next regular board meeting.
