B. INCIDENTS (Non-Urgent and Urgent):

1. Fire/EMS incidents - 107 incidents (Exhibit B) a. A breakdown of Monthly Incidents is on Exhibit C 2. Navajo Nation Law Enforcement incidents – 53 incidents (Exhibit B)

C. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. FIRE DISTRICT

a.December 6, 2017 [6pm-8pm]: The Ganado Fire Board had it Regular Governing Board Meeting at the Ganado Fire Station Training Room. b.November 8-9, 2017: Annual Audit for Fiscal Year 2016- 2017 was conducted by Saunders Company, Ltd. c. November 16, 2017 [12pm-2pm]: Business Meeting with SunState Technology, Inc. regarding the renewing contract for the Fire District IT Services. d.November 17, 2017 [1pm-4pm]: The Fire District had its Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Ganado Chapter House. The Fire Personnel invited their family members to participate in the holiday event. a.November 6, 2017 [9am-4pm]: AHSI Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Training for the community held at the Ganado Fire Station Training Room. b.November 13, 2017 [9pm-1pm]: Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for the community held at the Ganado Fire Station Training Room. c. November 15, 2017 [12pm-4pm]: AHSI First Aid Training for the Keams Canyon Elementary School Employees held at their facility in Keams Canyon, Arizona.

1. Ganado Fire Station - Lt. Peshlakai is the custodian for Station a.All apparatus are in-services. 2. Steamboat Fire Station - Lt. Jeremy Begay is the custodian for Station a.All apparatus are in-services. 3. Klagetoh Fire Station - Lt. Leonard is the custodian for Station a.All apparatus are in-services. E. TRAINING for FIRE, EMS, and DISPATCH 1. In-house Fire/EMS Training: a.November 14, 2017 [6pm-9pm]: The topic of the fire training was Forward Lay from the Fire Apparatus to the Fire Hydrant. Fire personnel had to perform advancing or setting up a forward lay hose from each Fire Apparatus to the hydrant using both 1 ½ and 2 ½ inches hoseline.
